This award recognizes excellence and skills required to successfully sell to potential customers over the telephone. Nomination must include a letter of recommendation from a Senior Leader. Letter should speak to sales metrics, use of technology and sales strategies used to gain and retain clients. This award is meant specifically for individuals who do not sell face-to-face. 

Marketing Excellence

This award recognizes sales excellence in individuals within a marketing role. Nomination must include a letter of recommendation from a Senior Leader. Letter should speak to insights and analytics, campaign development, collaboration with sales team and value to the organization.

Sales Rep

This award recognizes excellence in sales individuals who are not in a managerial role and not on a national level. Nomination must include a letter of recommendation from a Senior Leader. Letter must speak to sales metrics, sales strategies and customer growth.

Executive Account Manager

This award recognizes sales excellence in individuals who manage sales on a national level, but are not in a managerial role. Nomination must include a letter of recommendation from a Customer of one of their National Accounts and a separate letter from a Senior Leader. Letter from Senior Leader should speak to sales metrics, overall success of team, account growth and sales strategies. 

Sales Leader

This award recognizes excellence in sales management and team development. Nominee must have 2 or more direct reports. Nomination must include a letter of recommendation from a Senior Leader and a letter of recommendation from a Peer. Letters should speak to team development, team performance, sales metrics, management strategies, ability to meet targets and track programs implemented for their teams and documented performance of their team.

Making Your Mark

This award recognizes excellence to individuals who have worked no more than 24 months, but no less than 9 months in sales within their current employer. Letter should speak to behaviors, team contribution, customer relationships, sales strategies, sales metrics and business acumen.

Influencer

This award recognizes excellence in development of others. Nominee must be in a current Mentor/Mentee/Sponsorship relationship. Nomination must include a letter of recommendation from a current Mentee or Sponsor.

Consistent Achiever

This award recognizes excellence in individuals who have consistently been ranked in the top 35% of sales within their company for the last 3 years. Nomination must include letter of recommendation form a Senior Leader, evidence of awards and/or recognitions for the last 3 years, and documented performance for the last 3 years. Letter should speak to sales metrics and performance.

Trail Blazer

This prestigious award is the Top award given and recognizes excellence in the top 10% of sales roles. Nomination must include a letter of recommendation from a Senior Leader, a letter of recommendation from a Customer, documented performance and evidence of awards/recognitions. Letters should speak to sales metrics, performance, leadership and team contribution. Nominee must have been ranked in their companies top 10% of sales in 2016/rolling 2016 year.
